We're so excited to be hosting our Windsor Carnival on Saturday, October 31st from 4:30pm–7:30pm, and we'd love your help to make it an unforgettable evening for our community! The Carnival is a fun, family-friendly alternative to Halloween—a chance to spread light, joy, peace and FUN while welcoming hundreds of people from our wider community onto our campus. This year's Carnival will include games, carnival food, activities, prizes and plenty more. We expect it to be a fantastic evening, but we can't do it without the support of our church family. The Carnival is a BIG event to coordinate and bring to life, so any help is greatly appreciated! There's three ways that you can support us in making this a night to remember: volunteer, donate drinks and lollies (to help cut costs), donate to the event (again, to help cut costs). - Make decorations and resources beforehand - Set up before the event - Welcome families as they arrive - Run games and activities - Help at the food stalls - Face paint - Make balloon animals - Pack down after the event - Be part of the team on the day
We're gratefully accepting donations of bags of lollies, lollipops, chocolates and drinks. Please drop them to the Info Desk (Sundays) or to our Reception (Monday - Friday, 9am - 1pm) labelled #Carnival.
