Windsor Park Update
26 April 2026

As we look ahead to our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, May 3rd at 12:30pm, we’d love for you to take a few moments to reflect with us on the year that’s been.

Below you will find a copy of our 2025 Annual Report—a chance to celebrate where we’ve seen God at work in our community—and our updated Proposed Amendments to our Constitution (thank you so much to those who shared feedback along the way!).

If you’re a Windsor Park Baptist Church member, we especially encourage you to have a read through these before the AGM. It helps shape a more meaningful time together as we reflect, discuss, and look ahead to what’s next.

We’re pleased to share our 2025 Annual Report—a year marked by steady progress, growing momentum, and a strong sense of community. Within it, we celebrate the faithfulness of our leadership and staff, the generosity of our volunteers, and all that has been achieved together. We hope it both encourages and inspires you as you reflect on the year that’s been.

Over the last little while, we’ve gathered a team to help update and amend our Constitution. With their recommendations put forward and changes made, the updated Constitution has now been recommended by our Elders. Today, we’d love to share it with you.

You might be wondering—what exactly is a Constitution? Simply put, it’s the rulebook for how our church runs. It shows how decisions are made, who does what, and how we look after our people and resources. We won’t lie—it’s probably not the most gripping read! But it’s what keeps everything fair and organised, so Windsor works well for everyone.

At our AGM on Sunday 3rd May 2026 the Elders are recommending the adoption of an updated Constitution for Windsor Park Baptist Church. Feedback was sought in our email of 20th March 2026, and we're grateful for those who provided comments, and who checked our spelling! Overall there were only some very minor grammatical changes made, and nothing that changed any of the intent of the Constitution. These grammatical changes have been included in the side-by-side document below, and are incorporated in the Proposed Amended Constitution.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important opportunity for the Windsor community to come together, celebrate what’s been happening over the past year, and look ahead to what’s next. At the AGM, we share updates on our finances, ministry highlights, and key decisions that keep our church running smoothly.

It’s also the time when we vote in our Elders, who help guide and lead Windsor with wisdom and care. Everyone is invited to attend, ask questions, and have a say in the life of our church. Even if you’ve never been to an AGM before, this is your chance to be part of the conversation and help shape our future together.

Save the date: Sunday, May 3rd, 12.30pm in the Auditorium.
