Auditorium

Our Auditorium can seat 400, with an elevated stage, side and back wall projectors, lighting and a full AV Desk. Part of the Auditorium hire includes the use of our Foyer.


Foyer

The Foyer is the entry way to our Auditorium, but can be hired separately. It's light, bright, spacious and modern. We have a TV that can be connected via an HDMI cord to your device for presentations. The Foyer does not come with tables and chairs, but it can be arranged as part of the hire.


Cafe

Our cafe is light, bright, spacious and tidy! We have a little pre-school play area in the corner, a sound system, and seating around tables for 80 - 100 people. A projector is available, but only suitable for evenings.


Kauri Room

The Kauri Room can seat 110 people, and comes with access to 5 trestle tables, 5 small round tables, 10 large round tables, and chairs to accompany. The room also comes with a projector and AV Desk. The room can be separated in two via a divider door in the middle of the room. Access to our fenced playground is available through the Kauri Room entry door.



Rimu Room

The Rimu Room is an L shaped room that has a capacity of 40 people, with access to 9 trestle tables, 10 large tables and 3 small low tables, as well as accompanying chairs for adults and children. You also have access to a large TV and speaker via an HDMI cord. This room is connected to our main kitchen which can be hired at an additional cost.

We have both hot water urns and coffee perk urns available to hire:

Hot Water Urn:
Under 30 people: $26 + GST
Under 60 people: $31 + GST
Under 90 people: $36 + GST

Coffee Perk Urns: $51 + GST

You will need to supply your own disposable cups, milk, sugar, tea, coffee and stirrers. The urns come with a mini bin attached for rubbish.

When hiring the Auditorium you will need Sound and AV Desk operators. We can recommend contractors to you.

If you require your room to be set up or packed down, we can do this for an additional cost of $35 per hours plus GST.

As part of your booking, you are agreeing to leave the room you hire tidy - vacuumed, bins empty, kitchenette clean. If rooms are not left in an acceptable banner, we will invoice a cleaning fee of $35 per hour plus GST.

When hiring the cafe, a mandatory cleaning fee is required. This is $100 plus GST.

When booking a room, please factor in set up and pack down time as part of your booking. This ensures there are no clashes with other bookings.
