Real Men

Real Men is a five-week series designed to support men aged 40 to 60ish as we go deeper together, exploring the opportunities, challenges, and questions that often come with this stage of life. Through honest conversations and practical insights, we'll cover a range of topics that many men experience but don't always talk about.

This term, we'll unpack themes including:
- Life Stages for Men (with some reflection on the life stages of our children)
- Men’s Health: Mental, Emotional, and Physical Wellbeing
- Strengthening Marriages
- Men and Sexuality
- Men and Spirituality

Real Men will take place on Sunday evenings from 6:30pm–8:30pm, starting 27 September, over five weeks (excluding Labour Weekend), in the Kōwhai Room at Windsor Park Baptist Church.
