Real Men is a series designed to support men aged 40 to 60ish, where we go deeper as men together, covering a range of relevant topics and themes that we may be experiencing together. We'll unpack topics like: Living with Purpose as a Man Over 40; Understanding Our Emotions; Supporting Your Partner Through Menopause; and Creating Deeper Friendship as Men.
