Discerning God’s Voice

Have you ever wondered, “How do I know if God is speaking to me?” Or perhaps you’d love to grow in hearing His voice with greater confidence and clarity?

Discerning God’s voice is an important part of our walk with Him. As followers of Jesus, we’re invited into a deep and personal relationship where we can know His heart, recognise His leading and respond to His prompting. But how do we grow in this?

Discerning God’s Voice is a practical and encouraging workshop designed to help you develop a stronger understanding of how God speaks and how to discern His voice in everyday life.

Through Biblical teaching, guided prayer, personal reflection and hands-on activation, you’ll explore practical tools to help you hear God more clearly and grow in confidence as you practise stepping out in faith.

What we’ll explore

  • Developing intimacy and relationship with God
  • Understanding the role and gifts of the Holy Spirit
  • Exploring the different ways God speaks to His people
  • Growing in biblical discernment
  • Learning how to share prophetic words with wisdom and love
  • Exploring prophetic maturity, purity, character and spiritual responsibility

Whether you’re completely new to this area or have been exploring it for years, this workshop provides a safe and supportive environment to learn, practise and be encouraged.

Workshop Facilitator — Jess Renata-Paul

Jess Renata-Paul holds a Graduate Diploma in Theology from Carey Baptist College and trained with the Scottish School of Prophets in Edinburgh. She has taught in a wide range of settings, including national leadership conferences, youth camps and churches throughout Aotearoa New Zealand, beginning at her home church, Manukau City Baptist.

Jess is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with God, mature in their spiritual gifts and learn to minister prophetically with humility, wisdom and biblical integrity. She has extensive experience mentoring and equipping believers to hear God’s voice and confidently use their gifts to strengthen and encourage others.

Come along on Friday, November 27th, 7pm - 9pm, and Saturday, November 28th, 9am - 12pm as we and discover practical tools, biblical foundations and opportunities to grow as we learn and practise together. Tickets are $15 each. Register your spot below.
