60+ Social: Exploring the Orakei Basin

Our next 60+ Social adventure is taking us to the Orakei Basin!

🕘 Meet at Britomart at 10am

Join us for a relaxed and scenic walk around the beautiful Orakei Basin. This easy 3km loop takes us along the shoreline and across boardwalks over the water, offering a unique and peaceful way to enjoy the area together.

We’ll meet at Britomart Transport Centre at 10:00am on Saturday, April 18th, then hop on a train to Orakei Station (there are plenty of services running). After our walk, we’ll finish with a relaxed lunch at Ampersand Eatery.

Bring along a raincoat just in case, and a bottle of water for the walk. It’s set to be a refreshing and enjoyable morning—would love for you to come along!
