King & Kingdom Come: Salt
May 3, 2026
This week Pastor Caleb Finlayson wraps up Part 2 of our King & Kingdom Come series with a message from Luke 14:25–35 titled Salt.
In this passage, Jesus uses the image of salt to paint a compelling picture of what it means to follow Him. It’s a call to live lives that are distinct and influential—shaping the world around us rather than being shaped by it. But alongside that calling comes a sobering challenge: have we truly counted the cost of discipleship, or are we at risk of losing our spiritual distinctiveness?
As the series comes to a close, we’re invited to reflect honestly on what it means to follow Jesus wholeheartedly—holding nothing back, and allowing our lives to be marked by His transforming presence.
