Woven: Swap Shop

Refresh Your Wardrobe, Renew Your Impact

Ladies, it’s time to give your wardrobe a fresh start! Join us for the Woven Swap Shop on Friday, August 15th at 7pm—a fun and sustainable way to exchange up to 5 pre-loved clothing items, shoes, or accessories in great condition for fabulous new-to-you finds.

We’re thrilled to welcome Sarita from Salt OpShop, who’ll be sharing her insider thrifting tips and the incredible impact second-hand shopping has on our communities and the planet.

🎟️ Tickets are $10 and include a goodie bag and snacks.
📦 Drop off your swap items from August 1st to Reception (Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm) or the Info Desk on Sundays. Full details on how it works and what will be accepted, below.
💰 Pay via bank transfer: Windsor Park | 02 0120 0110554 01 | Ref: Your Name + WOVENSWAP

Let’s gather, give our clothes a second chance, and enjoy a stylish, feel-good evening together. Check out the full details below, and invite the women in your world!

What to Bring & How It Works

Bring up to 10 high-quality items—you’ll receive one token per accepted item (up to 5 tokens total) to use on the night to "purchase" other fabulous finds!

We accept:
👗 Clothing (no undergarments, socks, or shapewear)
👠 Footwear (with plenty of life left!)
👜 Accessories (jewellery, hats, scarves, bags, etc.)

All items must be:
✔️ In excellent condition
✔️ Clean, washed, and ironed
✔️ Free from stains, holes, pilling, colour-fade, pulls, or damage
✔️ Ready to be loved again!

Important: Items must be dropped off in advance—no items will be accepted on the night.
Please drop them at Windsor Park Baptist Church: Reception (Mon–Fri, 9am–1pm) or the Info Desk on Sundays, between August 1st–14th, in a bag clearly labelled with your full name and contact info. This helps us prepare the space, and pre-allocate your tokens, which you will receive on the evening upon registration.

Any leftover items after the event will be donated to Salt Op Shop, helping bless others in our wider community.
